American Business Daily - Use of health savings accounts is stirring political debate

More than 6.1 million Americans, according to a new census report published by America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), are now covered by private high-deductible health insurance plans that make them eligible for health savings accounts (HSAs) -- a 35 percent increase over last year. Texas ranks fourth in the nation in terms of the number of such enrollees.
